SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Policy
Fable Bytes uses the services of POD company Printify and, by extension, their shipping services, and rates. Their shipping partnerships include the most reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEX, DPD, USPS etc. Exact shipping info, including price and time of transporation, is provided at the end of the sale, pending customer choice of carrier and service.
Order Restrictions
Fast, 2-Business-Day, Next-Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for orders containing fragrances, lighting, rugs, and orders greater than 30 units. Lamps/Light objects will ship with the base and the shade/accessories as 2 separate packages for protection. Gift cards can be sent digitally, free of charge.
Delivery Timing
Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Fable Bytes reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on FableBytes.com. When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed. We cannot vouch that you will see any of these options since they depend on your location, state, country, options you select on checkout and types of items you ordered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns for faulty products.
To start a return, you can contact us at fablebytes@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 814 Mission St, San Francisco, CA, United States, California.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
